Become a Better Rep 

You will learn more about what feedback is, how to structure it and most importantly, what to do with it once you have it. We will also look at methods of collecting feedback and the options you have to submit any feedback that you have collected. Finally, we will look at all of the support that is available to you during your time as a Rep.

Your role is so important to us! We rely on our Course Reps to be our eyes and ears on the ground. With you, we are aware of positive work and things to improve, and most importantly, we work together in order to improve the student experience and create positive change at University.
